I went to John’s Incredible Pizza for the first time, and I was deeply disappointed. The main issue was how incredibly dirty the entire facility was. They do not seem to clean at all, which is highly concerning and unacceptable for a business that serves food. The dining areas and the restrooms were filthy. If the public food areas are this poorly maintained, I cannot even imagine what the back of the kitchen looks like.Beyond the lack of cleanliness, the pricing and party room policies are ridiculous. You pay a massive amount of money only to be restricted to a very short amount of time in the party rooms. Because of the layout, by the time you walk all the way around just to get your food, a chunk of your time is already gone. To make matters worse, half of the food buffet options weren't even available or stocked. If you want an extra hour in the room to actually enjoy your time, they charge an insane amount of extra money. It is unfortunate that you pay so much and cannot even fully enjoy the experience. Business owners really need to step up, check on their staff, and address these sanitation and operational issues. I will absolutely not be returning here, and I highly advise a

Wow, this place has gone terribly downhill over the last two or three years. We live over an hour away, but since it is summer break, my son wanted to go somewhere different. He remembered how much fun he had the last few times we visited, so we made the drive hoping for chill vibes and an easy lunch. Lunch was fine. Nothing great, nothing terrible. After that, we went to the arcade. My son wanted to play miniature golf, but one ball was a regular golf ball and the other was foam. Since there was no game room attendant around, we went to the front counter for help. The greeter at the front was anything but welcoming. When I asked for help, she said, β€œThey probably won’t help you.” I told her I was still going to try and walked away. We eventually found a game room attendant near the bumper cars. I said, β€œHi,” and waited. He looked at me, continued initialing a paper without acknowledging me, then walked out of the bumper car area and went straight to the back. I finally found the game room attendant supervisor, who was kind enough to say hello, switch out the golf ball without hesitation, and simply be polite. That was all I was asking for. Basic professionalism. It was slow, and t

We recently took our children to this incredible play place, and we had a fantastic experience! The variety of games kept them entertained for hours, and the staff was incredibly helpful. A special shoutout to the manager, Rosendo, who went above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable. When my son accidentally spilled his spaghetti, Rosendo immediately offered to help and even arranged for a new plate without hesitation. He also informed us that we could order pizzas from the buffet menu, which wasn't immediately clear to us. We placed our order, and it arrived quickly and was delicious! We truly appreciated Rosendo's hospitality and attentiveness. This place is a gem for families, and we can't wait to return when we're on vacation again! Highly recommend!

Came here for the first time for a bday party and really liked it. The food was good and games looked fun. The staff were very helpful and the place was really big. I didn’t get to play the games, but next time will try them. Definitely a family fun experience and environment.

My family has visited this establishment a few times now. My kids enjoy the mini coaster inside. I've waited to post this in hopes that the cleanliness or lack there of was only an issue the first visit. Every time it's the same thing. Dirty and messy everywhere. The eating environment is uncomfortable and hot. Salad bar is practically empty and minimal food options. Trash is always all over the floor and tables hardly ever get cleaned. Hard to find a place to sit. Leaving you walking around in circles with your food in your hands. The employees are young and inexperienced with little to no work ethics , training and or supervision/management. I don't blame so much the kids that work there but the lack of management. The games are average, the food is average, the price is average. Service is below average. Cleanliness is way below average and unacceptable fur sure. This place needs to get it together.
